(Gain Health, dont lose your mind)

"Gain Health " seems to be Rijuta's Mantra rather than Weight loss and that I feel is the most useful piece of advice to be given to those obsessed with losing pounds. The wholesome knowledge given about body(esp. stomach), metabolism, foods and their effects, food habitsesp. Indian provide an enlightened view rather than just recipes provided to lose weight having a sense of abracadabra and mystic but no clarity. A great read, good advices, clarity of thought and no it doesnot say no exercise , still help us be healthy and lose weight , not our health or minds.
