About the Book
What insights can an ex-schizophrenic share with anyone at all? While there are many books assuring formulae to win and techniques to succeed, this is not one of them. I, Me and Us does not promise anything miraculous. It offers new knowledge and skills to help create, discover and unleash a personal sense of sanity, success and wellness. Insights to help acquire such a personal sense emerged in the course of the author’s recovery from schizophrenia. Ganesh N. Rajan’s first book aims to resolve the aberrations that mental illness may cause, and awaken a sense of purpose in the here and now, for both the ‘normal’ and afflicted.

About the Author

Ganesh N. Rajan is an engineering graduate with an MBA in International Business and Master’s in Social and Applied Economics from Ohio, USA. He has been a consultant in various capacities in the USA, India and Japan since 1993. Ganesh was afflicted with schizophrenia, in his late teens. He went through the entire cycle of the disability, and, over a three-year sabbatical, he was able to tackle the condition. Over time, he developed the ability to keep schizophrenic symptoms in remission, using an assortment of hypotheses and heuristics. In Ganesh’s first full-length book, refined over fifteen years, he shares the ideas that continue to help him manage his condition. Because of an innate sensitivity, and from probing into his own mind’s functioning, he ended up with original insights on social interaction. Ganesh challenges popular but flawed beliefs, which often cause dissatisfaction and unhappiness. The insights he shares in I, Me and Us can reorient the vulnerable, and help many of the conventionally ‘normal’ others acquire a sense of fulfilment. Ganesh is currently engaged in business process consulting, creative-writing assignments and patient-to-patient (P2P) counselling, based out of Chennai, India.
