About the Book
Although this book has been primarily written on the basis of the syllabus of a paper entitled, “ Computer Systems and Data Analysis”, meant for the students appearing in non-diploma stream under section ‘A’ examination of the Institution of Engineers (India), proper care has been taken in dealing with the various topics of this book to fulfill the following objectives. The course material is up-to-date, as far a practicable. In dealing with the subject material suitable examples have been used wherever possible, for better clarity of the underlying concepts. Various types of questions, both non-numerical and numerical, have been provided at the end of each chapter. This will help the students to get themselves prepared for appearing in various examinations.
