Air Rage The issue of passenger misconduct, ranging from verbal abuse to assault in the aircraft cabin, has achieved widespread recognition in late 20th and early 21st centuries. This work aims to develop a new understanding of "air rage" looking at the aviation system, the people involved and the risks.
