About the Book
This book has a much stronger focus on the user's approach to library services provided by the technical Institution libraries of Odisha as well as the use of Information technology by both the staff and libraries. This book discusses the quality management tools, techniques and their applications in the library and information centers in general, influence of ICT, application of TQM principles in the libraries. Quality Management services at technical colleges of odisha are briefly discussed. This book is a good beginning in rectifying the lack of implementing TQM methods in libraries and delivering efficient library services to the users by applying TQM strategies.
