The 'House of the Tiles' has been the topic of a large amount of discussion about the nature of Early Helladic II society, however only preliminary reports of the raw data have been available up to now. This two volume set provides a full publication of excavations made by J L Caskey in the 1950s. Fasicule 1 presents the stratification and the architectural remains for the Lerna III phase, with plans, sections, photos, a full description and tentative reconstruction. Fasicule 2 provides a complete catalogue of the context pottery with drawings, arranged chronologically according to newly established categories of shape and fabric.
