Railways are playing very important role in Bangladesh to transport goods and passengers. However, very few studies can be found to assess the level of services, the railways offer to passengers in south western part of Bangladesh. This book contains a methodological approach to assess the railways level of services in one of the developing countries. This book also incorporates the problems that are experiencing by the passengers not only inside the wagons of trains but also in the train stations. This book is very good for the transportation planners in developing countries and for the decision makers who are taking decisions for the betterment of railways in Bangladesh and similar countries.
