The British Year Book of International Law is a leading periodical in the field of international law. The Yearbook has been published regularly, but not always in annual volumes, since 1922. It is now published on an annual basis. In addition to the major articles and reviews of books in international law, the Yearbook contains surveys of decisions of British courts involving questions of international law, decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Communities, decisions on the European Convention on Human Rights, and UK materials on international law. Volume 57 includes papers on: Contracts in English Private International Law; The United Kingdom Nationalization Cases and the European Convention on Human Rights; The Role of Consent in the Termination of Treaties; The Drafting Committee of the Third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea; and others.
