This is an 8-session training resource for small group and cell group leaders. There's a facilitator's guide that goes along with it, sold separately.

The idea behind this resource is to use it over the course of two or three months instead of a weekend "shotgun" approach. This is recommended by the authors because leaders need time to digest, adopt, and learn by doing what is taught in the sessions. Because this approach to the training has been taken, the authors have included practicums for each week of the training that are found to be more important than the actual training itself.

The easy-to-teach 60 or 90 minute sessions (you choose which length works best for your leaders) will provide your new leaders with the spiritual principles that make cell leaders successful, and they’ll enjoy every minute of it.
