People once thought the Cobra warriors--a guerilla force whose weapons are surgically implanted--were not worth their high cost, but now a Troft faction has invaded the Cobra planets in hopes of harnessing the fighting technology, using a strategy that the Cobra warriors may not be able to defeat.
