About the Authors
Dr Manish Ranjan, IAS, ranked 4th in Civil Services Examination 2002. He ranked overall 1st in the Final Examination after probation. He is currently the Director, Industries, Government of Jharkhand. He has held the post of District Magistrate (District Collector) for three different districts and completed these tenures very successfully. He graduated from Hindu College (University of Delhi) and did his MBA from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). He is a Ph.D. in Management Studies.

Annita is a practising psychologist and freelance researcher & trainer. She holds a postgraduate degree from Delhi University and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Organisational Behaviour.

Rajneesh Singh is currently the National Product Head with the IMS Learning Resources, Mumbai. He is a well-known mentor and specialises in aptitude tests for various entrance examinations. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration.
