Dr. Srinivasan is currently associated with the Department of Economics at the school of Management as a reader in the Pondicherry University. He has completed M.phil(Econometric) and Ph.D. (Economics of Education) from University of Madras and University of Pune (Maharashtra) respectively. Further, he took a P.G. Diploma in Operation Research from Pondicherry University Distance Education in 2003. He has 20 research papers and seminar papers to his credit. He has worked on National Literacy Mission (NLM) Evaluation Programmes at MIDS and UNICEF project on sustainable fresh water supply at MCRC, Chennai. He has also worked as Lecture in Economics RKM Vivekananda College, Chennai. He is a life member in the Indian Econometric Society. His area of specilalization is Economics of Education, Health Economics, Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.
