Different nations experience different issues and concerns in privatizing their telecommunications systems. This book demonstrates the problems Thailand facing in the attempts to deregulate its telecommunications services. As more people began to demand the telecommunications reform to make the industry more competitive, the Ministry of Transport and Communications started formulating ?Telecommunications Development Master Plan?, which was the first official plan to restructure the telecommunications industry, and presented it to the cabinet in March of 1995.
