About the Author Sita Ram Singh, M.A., Ph.D. In Economics (Born in 1950), having brilliant academic distinction, University Professor of Economics is currently serving as the Principal for more than 21 Years under Magadh University Service, Bodh Gaya (Bihar). Dr. Singh has a vast teaching experience of more than 36 Years with able and efficient administrative records. He has 12 books and more than 50 research papers to his credit. He has actively been engaged advanced teaching and research. Dr. Singh has successfully conducted Minor as well as Major Research Projects duly approved by the U.G.C.; organized various national and international seminars and conferences sponsored by the U.G.C. And Government of India. He has also visited and participated in so many International conferences abroad such as Durban (South Africa), Sheol (South Korea) and Orlando (USA) for presentation of papers. Dr. Singh has successfully guided more than a dozen research scholars for the award of Ph.D. Degree in the subject concerned. He has also been selected as one of the members of the expert committee of the U.G.C.
