Roger Wardlow is one of the many that have been "downsized". He finally finds a job as a bank teller after losing his position as CFO and going through a period of unemployment, during which he loses his savings, his house, car, and even his Rolex watch. Roger is haunted by his mothers' sayings. He is about to be downsized again when a couple of unfortunate accidents change his life forever, putting him on the run from the law.
