R.S. Arha is lecturer in Political Science in Dayanand College, Ajmer (Raj). He holds a Maters degree in Political Science from Bangur College, Pali, M.Phil. and Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has over twelvw years of teaching and research experience. He was published more than thirty books and research papers on various subjects.
Latika Singh is working as Assiatant Director with Department of Agriculture in the state of Uttrakhand. She got her education from well known G.B.P.U.A.&.T., Pantnagar and did M.B.A. with H.R.D. specialization. She is having special interest in the subjects of Public Administration and Management and has written books on these subjects. She has also contributed several articles in news magazines and news papers on contemporary issues.
