I wrote this book because of an event that happened to me. My husband died, suddenly, without warning. How do you cope with this? Where do you go for help? I looked around for help in books and only found a few, mostly telling you what to expect and when. But I wasn't looking for that sort of help, I wanted to feel normal To know that I was like everyone else. So I began writing down how I was feeling which resulted in this book. It is meant as a guide, a helping hand for anyone who has suffered a loss. If I help one person to cope then this work will be a success and my reward.
