About the Book
The purpose of this book is to indicate the value of HPLC in various areas of endocrinology. Each chapter provides the reader with guidelines as to how to apply HPLC in a practical fashion based on the authors' own experience of HPLC in the separation of compounds. The relevant literature is covered from 1980 onwards. Although there are a multitude of books describing applications of HPLC, this is the first volume to bring together those applications of interest to research clinicians, biochemists and other workers in the general field of endocrinology.
