Transcripts from Congressional hearings on the future of hydrogen fuel cells, vehicles powered by hydrogen, and the hydrogen fueling infrastructure necessary to make it work, with the purpose of doing everything Congress can do to give hydrogen powered vehicles a chance to succeed. It is amazing to contemplate the potential of millions of vehicles no longer needing conventional gasoline with emissions consistently near zero.
