This book has been written with the purpose of making available to readers involved in travel and tourism and/or hospitality a comprehensive manual which examines the relationship between the two sectors and how they function. About Author :
E.K. Murthy, a well-known teacher of tourism and hospitality management did his bachelor's and master's degree in tourism management both with first division. His vast experience in teaching tourism to undergraduate as well as postgraduate level is amply reflected in many spheres of his academic life.
He has participated in many international and national conferences and has been honored by various professional organizations for his outstanding contributions in tourism education. He has contributed more than 20 learned articles to reputed professional journals and authored two books on tourism management. Currently he is engaged in a research project on changing trends in tourism industry of developing countries.
