An annual yearbook which provides comprehensive overviews of the world's space programmes and organizations. National and international overviews provide details of past, current and future programmes, and details of individual companies and their activities. Military space programmes such as SDI and Soviet activities are also discussed. Specialized applications sections include launchers, communications, Earth observation, navigation, microgravity; each covers programme involvement, contracting history, product listings and full contact details. Chronological "space log" tables provide a reference of the previous year's space activity. In addition, some 1400 names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers are listed.
