This book is unique in that it brings together several academicians, research scholars and industrial practitioners together to work on a common theme 'Knowledge Management and HEM: Issues and Challenges' on which a seminar was held on 14th March 2012 at the Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. This book poses interests to explore on different topics that offer insight on the issues and challenges of Knowledge Management and HRM from a wide variety of perspectives.
