Two young horses, Lyla and Clarence, come across a stranger on an outing one day. This stranger is disguised as a very sweet little deer. When the two friends turn their backs, the deer becomes a wolf and attacks. The horses fight off the wolf. Rupert, a magical duck, comes to their aid and heals Lylaas wounds. They promise to never talk to strangers.
