Since the beginnign of the human civilisation, humans have been facing fury of the nature like earthquakes, floods, hurricances etc. etc. Many human beings in thousands have been dying due to this nature calamities. The Democratic Governments of the day have been trying to project the happening of disasters and to take necesarly precautionary measures. But it has been seen that the governments are taken unaware. it is very difficult for the scientiss to forecast the coming of the earthquake or floods etc.

Dr. Aggarwal worked as head of the Chemistry department in a Post-Graduate College in Uttarancahl.
