Noise is the effect on the ear, of a wave like motionof an elastic medium, caused by vibration, which impinge on the ear drum and set up a nervous disturbance. He has been nominated as a Member of Rajasthan State Environmental Planning and Coordination Board and in this capacity he is Environmental Advisor to the Cheif Minister of Rajasthan.
