About the Book
This book aims to provide a good foundation in the concepts of organisational behaviour.
The discussion in the text is organised as per the traditional division of behavioural
studies – nature, importance, and scope, including contemporary challenges and
opportunities; basic individual processes in organisations; interpersonal processes;
