Mool C. Gupta, M.Sc. (Pilani, Rajasthan), Ph.D. (McMaster, Canada), FMASc presently Visiting Professor of DCE, Delhi, has been faculty member of BITS, Pilani; Tribhuwan (Kathmandu, Nepal); Gorakhpur and Nagpur Universities. He was director of RSIC (a center set up by DST) at Nagpur University. Dr. Gupta was elected president of chemistry section Indian Science Congress, session year 2000 at Pune. He is also a recipient of NETZSH-ITAS award, 1998 (Indian Thermal Analysis Society) for his work on Thermal & Radiologistic Degradation of Polymers. He has published about 100 research papers and guided 13 scholars for Ph.D. at Nagpur and Gorakhpur Universities. He has also authored two books viz. Statistical Thermodynamics and Molecular Spectroscopy.
