An evidence-based approach to the management of common and not so common rheumatic disorders as they occur in daily clinical practice. A total of 27 cases are presented and fully discussed by a team of experienced authors. These cases encompass patients with inflammatory articular disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthritides, metabolic disorders such as gout and Gaucher's disease, vasculitides, connective tissue disorders such as lupus, dermatomyositis, and polymyositis and degenerative disorders.
