"Smartest and Silliest" features photographs of animals with detailed captions that describe how smart or silly they really are. Some are engaged in activities, and others demonstrate how size affects any number of things -- survival, play, appearance and more. Included are sheep that can recognize the faces of as many as 50 other sheep, sponges without brains, purple flatworms that can find their way through mazes (and remember the fastest route) and apes that can saw wood, hammer nails and wash clothes with soap.
