About the AuthorAbout the Authors Daniel P. Petrozzo leads the Reengineering Services Division of International Data Operations, a Mahwah, New Jersey-based consulting firm. Previously, he was an independent consultant for over ten years specializing in information technology and radical operational improvement programs. John C. Stepper is currently at Morgan Stanley, a global financial services firm headquartered in New York City, where he is applying technology and reengineering methods to redefine their operations. John was formerly with AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he was responsible for reengineering telecommunications processes as well as planning network operations and support systems.
