The present text has been designed as a manual for teachers as well as teacher educators, which enables them to be informed of what entails in this field, and how they can extract the best out of the process of being educated as educators.

Exposing them to the philosophies and curricula of teacher education, which in turn is informed by dynamic social needs changes, the text is an effort to give teachers the wherewithal to not just incorporate innovative teaching strategies in their classrooms, but also become efficient educators with the right bent of mind and skills to overcome the challenges that crop up in teaching.
