The third volume in this series treats all Northern Neck land grants from 1775 to 1800. The majority of the grants abstracted for this volume apply to tracts of land in Frederick, Shenandoah, Culpeper, Loudoun, and Madison counties in Virginia, and Hampshire, Hardy, and Berkeley counties, now in West Virginia.
