About the Author

Jerald Kay is one of the US’s leading Child Psychiatrists and Psychiatry Educators. He is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.  Professor Kay is a co-editor of Wiley's leading textbook in the field, Psychiatry 2nd edition, and other texts in the field, including  Clinical Child Psychiatry.

Allan Tasman, Professor and Chair, Deparment of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, University of Louisville School of Medicine, Kentucky, USA. Professor Tasman is a world-renowned psychiatric leader and educator. He is Secretary for Education of the World Psychiatric Association and also serves as President Elect of the Pacific Rim College of Psychiatrists, an international academic organization representing all countries of the Pacific Rim.
He is Past President of the American Psychiatric Association, the world's largest national psychiatric association.  Professor Tasman is the lead editor of Psychiatry 2nd edition.
