Chakravarty expresses the ISO 9001 : 2000 version in a subtle way so that it becomes easier for a quality professional to implement such system in any organisation he/she is associated with. It gives quite a large number of examples of necessary documents, including some typical forms and formats, which is expected to help the quality professional in the implementation of the Quality Management System. The book also provides some typical examples of some of the simple statistical tools with actual case studies.
